Delays Enforcement of Red Flags Rule
Again
On
Friday, October 30, 2009, the Federal
Trade Commission (FTC) announced that
it would further delay enforcement of
the "Identity Theft Red Flags and
Address Discrepancies" Final Rule

For those still not compliant, why wait
until the deadline again? NAMB has made
Red Flags Rule compliance easy! After
careful evaluation of numerous companies
providing tools for the written Identity
Prevention Plan and employee training
modules, NAMB has partnered with two
separate compliance providers to offer
the most beneficial options for NAMB
members. Each vendor has its advantages
for members varying in size and complexity.
